I love all of this! However, I’d like to mention, White sage is used by Native Americans tribes and people of those tribes much prefer if people who aren’t apart of their tribes not use white sage/paleo santo for smudging! Especially because both of those often aren’t bought from Native American people and I believe are also used apart of sacred rituals and traditions Obviously end of day there is no real harm(?aside from maybe financial?) in using white sage if you’re not part of one of those tribes, it’s not a closed practiced. there are alternatives you can use! I just thought to mention. If you wish to no longer use the white sage, return it to the earth by burying it or give it to a person whom belongs to said tribe. I know TCM also uses white sage but I don’t believe for smudging. It’s a weird line when it comes to all this.

I think just knowing someone is focusing solely on you and giving you their full attention is very powerful. We are surrounded by energy so no reason this alternative treatment shouldn't be effective. It's been practised for thousands of years

I live close to an airport & thought that I had learned to tune out the airplane noises after all these years, but it turns out that's not the case... I used this video as asmr to help me relax before sleep. I like to turn my volume up in order to hear the "crackles" of the oils, but pretty much any time i did that, another plane flew by. 😬 If it weren't for the continuous airplane noises, this video would have been close to perfect... Maybe I was the only one, but I also understand there isn't much you can do to control the airplane noise.🫤

I have psoriatic arthritis and it’s been a rough road. The flares are severe, widespread, and come without warning. My Rheumatologist has tried so many biológics/combos; it’s hard to deal with. Heat seems to worsen the pain; Healing touch seems to help the anxiety. I’ve been afraid of massage due to the pain, but I might give it a try. Best wishes to Nadine!
